Dawn is a professional psychotherapist dedicated to helping individuals find clarity, balance, and purpose in their lives. Her approach is holistic, evidence-based, and rooted in progressive values, integrating Rogerian Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support meaningful change. She believes in the power of thoughtful dialogue, self-reflection, and a nonjudgmental space to help clients move forward with confidence and intention.

With over two decades of experience in both nonprofit leadership and corporate operations management, Dawn understands the complexities of career demands, personal fulfillment, and work-life balance. Her clinical expertise, combined with real-world professional experience, allows her to support clients as they navigate major life transitions and career challenges.

Dawn holds a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) certification and is a licensed Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor (ACMHC) in Utah. Committed to lifelong learning, she actively pursues advanced training and is currently working toward Certified Vocational Evaluator (CVE) certification to better support young adults with career planning.

Outside of her work, Dawn enjoys practicing yoga, paddleboarding, international travel, listening to nerdy podcasts, and the simple pleasure of having a coffee and reading a great book. She spends time playing games with her energetic 11-year-old, coaxing her teenagers out of their rooms, and e-biking or walking with her partner and their two dogs.
